The role of the Estimates Committee is to examine and report on the:
- estimates of proposed expenditure contained in the Appropriation (2021-2022) Bill 2021 and related budget documents.
- Financial Integrity and Revenue Legislation Amendment Bill 2021 and related documents.
- activities, performance, practices and financial management of the Power and Water Corporation, Jacana Energy and Territory Generation, with reference to those corporations' Statements of Corporate Intent 2021-22.
