Members’ entitlements fall under a range of legislation and determinations.
Assembly Members and Statutory Officers (Remuneration and Other Entitlements) Act 2006 (AMSORE) provides power to the Remuneration Tribunal (the Tribunal) to determine entitlements, including salary, travel and office accommodation.
