The role of the Estimates Committee is to examine and report on the:
- estimates of proposed expenditure contained in the Appropriation (2022-2023) Bill 2022 and related budget documents.
- Revenue Legislation Amendment and Repeal Bill 2022.
- activities, performance, practices and financial management of the Power and Water Corporation, Jacana Energy and Territory Generation, with reference to those corporations' Statements of Corporate Intent 2022-23.
