QUESTION
In relation to the Northern Territory Government tender T10-1670 and T10-1771 which are for the upgrading of Government employee housing assets:
1. What are the assets to be upgraded, where are they located and what works are to be completed as a result of these upgrades.
2. Would you please provide a schedule of works for each of these tenders and explain why they could not be undertaken in one tender, particularly given they went to the same contractor and were done one day after the other.
3. Would you also please provide information as to why ALLIANCE contractors were not used who are currently delivering the SIHIP program for the Northern Territory Government.
