1. What do you see to be the nature of the body that will manage the overall site?
2. Who will be responsible for the costs involved with this body?

Q1 The site will be managed by a Statutory Corporation to provide the usual functions of local government which will be established prior to the completion of stage one.
Q2 The Territory will ultimately be responsible for costs involved with this body which will be off-set by revenue raised through normal rates, levies and any concession charges.
