The role of the Committee of Privileges is to inquire into and report on complaints of breach of privilege which may be referred to it by the Assembly.

Terms of Reference
(1) A Committee of Privileges must be appointed at the commencement of each Assembly to inquire into and report on complaints of breach of privilege which may be referred to it by the Assembly.
(2) The Committee will consist of five Members
