Inquiry Referral and Terms of Reference

Pursuant to clause (1)(a) of its Terms of Reference, on 7 January 2025 the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee received an inquiry referral from the Attorney-General, the Hon Marie-Clare Boothby MLA, requesting that the committee undertake a review of Northern Territory Regulations made prior to the year 1990, with the aim of encouraging proactive management by agencies while minimising the need for additional resources or staffing.
