On 23 October 2025 the Assembly resolved that the Member for Nightcliff  be referred to the Committee of Privileges for an investigation into the misuse of electorate office entitlement for the purpose of electioneering as detailed below:

On 23 October 2025 from 5.30pm the NT Greens hosted a "casual information session" and "introduction to the NT Greens" event. This event included discussion on elections, fundraising and "more".

The event took place at the Nightcliff Electorate Office, located at Shop 5 Pavonia Place, which is paid  for by the NT Tax Payer. The purpose of this event is alleged to be for driving recruitment for the NT Greens Political Party.
