Ms Carney to MINISTER for Infrastructure and Transport
QUESTION
1. Are there any outstanding monies to be paid to the other two unsuccessful consortiums.
2. Are there any unresolved legal issues surrounding the awarding of the successful tenderer.

Q1 Both unsuccessful Proponents have been debriefed on their bids and paid the “Territory Payment” as per the Call Document.
Q2 Both Proponents have provided releases under the Call Process to the Territory against any future claims arising out of the Process.
The Territory is not aware of any further issues in relation to these matters.
