1. I have been advised that Mr Richard Ledgar, a private consultant, assisted the Mirrar people in authoring and compiling the Gundjeihmi Corporation submission.
2. The consultant is not, and was not at the time of compiling the submission, an employee of my department.
3. The Northern Territory Government did not make a submission to the Standing Committee inquiry.
