Mr Giles to MINISTER for Construction
QUESTION
Tender T09-2150 was issued for “Apartment Style Teacher Housing” at a cost of $12.82M:
1. Could you please advise, for each of the communities which received housing under this program -
a) how many dwellings were provided;
c) the total cost for construction in each community (including all applicable administration and infrastructure costs); and
d) the individual cost for construction of each dwelling.
2. Could you also advise -
a) the construction model used, alliance or contract, for each dwelling; and
b) the processes undertaken to obtain access for land to build on in the communities.
