2. If the answer to question 1 is yes, in respect of each overseas trip taken:

(a) what was the date of departure;

(b) what was the destination;

(c) what was the purpose of the travel; and

(d) what was the total cost of travel and other
expenses incurred during each of those trips.

3. On the trips referred to in question 2, was the Speaker accompanied by his spouse or nominee, if so:

(a) who was the nominee; and

(b) what were the total costs incurred in respect of the
spouse or nominee during each period of travel.
