It is usual to fly a flag correctly and it is easy to fly the Northern Territory flag with the right side up. Is the Chief Minister aware that the Territory Day stickers, which have been distributed to members to provide to the general public, including children, portray the Northern Territory flag upside down? I have a flag and a sticker with me in case the Chief Minister doubts my word.

Mr Speaker, I do not doubt the member's word as she has all the requirements to make that judgment about the Northern Territory flag. I am shattered by the information that such a blunder has been made and I will find out who is responsible because I regard it as a serious matter. I take the Northern Territory flag very seriously at all times, and I will have the matter investigated.
