Do the laws of the Northern Territory apply to use of the road running through Robertson Army Barracks between Thorngate and Campbell Roads? That road is now open to the public 24 hours a day. I refer in particular to the law in relation to road accidents and offences committed in connection with alcohol abuse which members of the public could be involved in when using this road.
