In supporting small business in the Northern Territory, will the minister make an attempt to have the federal legislation amended to mitigate the effects of the Australian Performing Rights Association? This organisation has been making onerous demands on some very small businesses in the Darwin rural area, and other places, about a simple thing like playing a tape or radio, even in a workroom in a private home, when a single employee or member of the public may hear a slight sound now and then.
