Yesterday in Question Time, the Deputy Chief Minister indicated that the CLP used an illegal date-of-birth database for its mail-out in 1994, the same list as that used by Nick Dondas in this year's federal campaign. Can the Chief Minister confirm, with his deputy, that the letter written by the former Chief Minister on CLP letterhead came from that illegal database?
