Can he confirm that the federal police and/or the Territory police are investigating not 1 but 2 different breaches of Department of Health Services confidentiality? The first is the transfer of pensioner information in 1994. The second is the transfer, in 1996, of confidential information held on applicants for carers' pensions which are vetted and assessed by the minister's own department.
