Can the minister explain the current position in relation to 3M's erection of large steel frames for advertising on the sides of the Stuart and Arnhem Highways? This large international firm has bypassed the usual procedures that small businesses have to go through before they can erect signs on these highways.

I refer the member to my previous answer at the last sittings. In that answer, she was informed that the company had been written to and proceedings halted in relation to the sign. In terms of the planning processes and approvals, I ask her to refer the question to the Minister for Lands and Planning.
