Because of the paucity or lack of information about the rocket launch site at Gunn Point, is the minister able to give me information as to which government department or private company built the actual buildings and who owns them now? Did they undergo normal, official Northern Territory building procedures? Who employs the staff on duty now? Are the staff local people or outsiders who are flown in and out by chopper? Which countries have an interest in this rocket launch site? If any question does not relate to the minister's portfolio, will he pass it to the Chief Minister?

Mr Speaker, I am not sure that I can assist the member for Nelson because there is no rocket launch site at Gunn Point. There was an indication of interest from an Australian and international consortium, but that expression of interest has yet to materialise in the form of a submission to government. In the event that that were to happen, I would be happy to arrange for her to receive a full briefing on what was proposed. Let me assure the member that, to date, there has been nothing more than some discussions and a viewing of the site. In fact,
