Mr PALMER (Primary Industry and Fisheries): Mr Speaker, during my answer to a question on fishing this morning, the member for Wanguri interjected that crabs are not fish. According to the Shorter Oxford Dictionary, a fish is 'any animal living exclusively in water, including cetaceans, crustaceans and molluscs'. That is the first definition and the popularly accepted one.
