Mr HATTON (Attorney-General): Mr Speaker, yesterday the member for MacDonnell asked a specific, two-part question of me in respect of the funding of legal expenses. I undertook to provide the response to the second part of that question at the end of Question Time yesterday. However, that was not possible because the opposition immediately moved a motion of censure at that time. However, I now advise the member for MacDonnell that, in respect of the second part of the question he asked, he will find the answer in the answer to written question No 30, placed on notice by the member for Stuart to the then Chief Minister on 7 December 1994. That question was answered by the Chief Minister in Question Time on 29 November 1995. The answer appears at page 1068 of Part II of the Parliamentary Record for 29 November 1995.
