Does the minister accept that, when it suspects that there are false positive results, the department has a responsibility to follow up the people from whom those tests were taken?

Mr Speaker, the member is alleging that there was no follow-up.
Mr Bell: No. I am asking what you do.
Mr FINCH: I will give him a comprehensive answer. I have said that. Let him stay calm and quiet. In the meantime, he should leave the public servants alone. If there is any cause for sharing or spreading responsibility, we will come to that later, but we will not fire them at the outset.
