How does the Chief Minister intend to address the anomaly resulting from the fact that the families of the Japanese driver and navigator in the Cannonball Run are eligible for multi-million dollar common law compensation while the family of Territorian Keith Pritchard is eligible only for a relatively niggardly statutory amount of compensation under the Motor Accidents Compensation Act?
