Department of the Legislative Assembly, Northern Territory Government

Ms MARTIN - 1996-08-22

Two years ago, significant environmental damage was identified at Dundee Beach, south-west of Darwin. The damage was well-documented by departmental officers. What action has the minister taken against the developer over this blatant environmental damage? After 2 years of the minister's inaction and the half-hearted commitment earlier this year, will he document the environmental rehabilitation that has taken place at Dundee Beach?
