Mr EDE (Opposition Leader): Mr Speaker, the same applies in both circumstances. In relation to the situation at Nyirripi, the people have the right to and deserve the protection of the law, and I requested police involvement and a police presence. In relation to the situation at the school, the students have the right to and deserve the protection of the law, and I asked for the involvement of the police. I showed absolute consistency in both situations.
