Mr FINCH (Health Services): Mr Speaker, earlier the member for Nelson asked a question concerning St John Ambulance. I can advise her that, 4 months ago, St John Ambulance signed a service agreement with the government which includes a requirement that the it develop performance indicators which will be monitored on an ongoing basis.
