Mr PALMER (Transport and Infrastructure Development): Mr Speaker, whilst I am on my feet, in relation to a question asked of me by the Leader of the Opposition this morning in relation to the bank guarantee provided by Di Mella Homes in relation to Greenshank Court unit development, the total amount was $31 480 being 5% of the contract price. $7000 of that we used on the shortfall to achieve practical completion of the job, leaving $21 300 in the bank which is to be used over the next 52 weeks for the rectification of any defects, and then I understand that money will then be returned to the liquidator.
