Mr COULTER (Essential Services): Mr Speaker, I table for the benefit of the member for Nhulunbuy the extract from the PAC report of 1984 with regards to conflict of duty. It is an excellent document written by Elizabeth Nosworthy. Honourable members, I am sure, would have heard of her from time to time. I think she is a lecturer in law.

Mr COULTER: She’s the dean! It is an excellent document which very, very clearly sets out conflict of interest and the management of that. While it doesn’t specifically relate to NT Power because it was written in 1984, the principles are the same.
