Mr DUNHAM (Health, Family and Children’s Services): In answer to a question yesterday I quoted from a letter that I said had been sent from ATSIC and I attributed it wrongly. The letter indeed is from ATSIC to Mr Paul Bartholomew on the issue of night patrols and it was sent by K J Walker, the State Policy Manager, and it is in relation to the second attribution I made in answering the question.
