Mr COULTER (Transport): Madam Speaker, I inform the opposition spokesman on transport that I have received some information. It is a little sketchy at this stage. This may be the case that he is talking about. Some 6 years ago, it was brought to the notice of Motor Vehicle Registry that a taxi driver had been convicted of misconduct with a passenger. The MVR cancelled his taxi licence for 5 years as a result. Following consideration of the circumstances of his case a few months ago, his application for relicensing was approved for a provisional period of 12 months. I am happy to provide the opposition spokesman on transport with a more detailed briefing on this issue. I make that offer to him.
