New outsourcing arrangements could see the personal data of Territorians stored and managed outside of Australia. What safeguard have you put in place to protect the privacy of Territorians?

Mr Speaker, again the opposition is becoming very well practised at this deceitful statement of facts which don’t exist. There is no proposal to outsource data overseas and if the opposition has any evidence that says that’s the case, or the member has, let him stand up and present it. I would just say that because the proposition that he’s basing his question on has no basis in fact, there is no need to provide any answer.
