Is he satisfied with the facilities that are being dedicated to training of prison officers in Alice Springs?

ANSWER
As ever, Mr Speaker. It is indeed interesting to note that not only were all but of the recruits Territorians, but they trained on site for the first time in Alice Springs. They used what was previously a locker room and is now a dedicated training facility. They’ve been on a course of theory, you might say, for about 3 months. Now they move into on-the-job training. It is virtually all done on site.
