The Deputy Speaker (Mr Setter) named the Member for Nhulunbuy (Mr Stirling) for his disorderly conduct.
The Minister for Correctional Services (Mr Hatton) thereupon moved - That the Member for Nhulunbuy (Mr Stirling) be suspended from the service of the Assembly.
