1. MEETING:
The Assembly met at 10.00 a.m., pursuant to adjournment. The Speaker, the Honourable N.M. Dondas, took the Chair.

3. PERSONAL EXPLANATION:
The Chief Minister (Mr Perron) made a personal explanation correcting information that he had provided during the debate upon the Appropriation Bill on
Wednesday 2 October 1991.

6. ECOLOGICALLY SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - MINISTERIAL STATEMENT - MOTION TO NOTE STATEMENT:
The Chief Minister (Mr Perron) made a statement relating to the Government's response to the Commonwealth Government's Ecologically Sustainable Development Process.
