        That,

        (a) consideration of the Bill in Committee of the Whole be adjourned; and

        (b) the date resolved to pass all stages of the Bill be amended to read Friday 18 June 2010.

    7. HEALTH PRACTITIONER (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) IMPLEMENTATION AMENDMENT BILL 2010 (Serial 107):

        On the motion of the Minister for Health (Mr Vatskalis) the Bill was read a third time and passed to be a proposed law.
    9. COUNCIL OF TERRITORY COOPERATION SECOND PROGRESS REPORT, MAY 2010 – REPORT NOTED:
        The Order of the Day having been read for the resumption of debate on the question – That the Assembly take note of the Report –
        Debate resumed.
        Quorum: The Member for Braitling (Mr Giles) drew the attention of the Assembly to the state of the House.
        The Speaker called for a Quorum and the Bells having been rung -
        A Quorum having been obtained.
        The Assembly resumed.

        Debate continued.
        Extension of time: On the motion of the Member for Stuart (Mr Hampton) the Member for Nhulunbuy (Ms Walker) was granted an extension of time, pursuant to Standing Order 77.

        The Speaker laid on the Table the following Pair arrangements for today as follows:

    12. GROWING INTERNATIONAL TRADE, 2009 TO 2013 – MINISTERIAL STATEMENT – MOTION TO NOTE STATEMENT:
        The Minister for Trade (Mr Knight) made a statement relating to a trade delegation to Djakarta to facilitate and grow trade for the Territory.
        Mr Knight moved – That the Assembly take note of the Statement.
        Debate ensued.

        A Quorum having been obtained.

    13. ADJOURNMENT:
        The Leader of Government Business (Dr Burns) at 7.40pm moved – That the Assembly do now adjourn.

        And the Assembly adjourned at 9.03pm until 5.30pm on Friday 18 June 2010 or such other time and or date as may be advised to Members in writing by the Speaker, pursuant to Order of the Assembly, dated 9 June 2010.
