- The Speaker made a statement regarding:
1. International Day of People with Disabilities, and
2. Disorderly words used in the Assembly on 2 December 2015.
- Mr Elferink (Leader of Government Business) pursuant to notice, moved – that so much of standing orders be suspended as would prevent the bills titled Justice Legislation Amendment (Small Claims and Other Matters) Bill 2015 (Serial 145) and Small Claims Bill 2015 (Serial 144):
1. together be introduced, debated, and in one motion be put in regard to the second and the third readings of the bills; and
- Debate ensued.

- Mr Elferink (Attorney-General and Minister for Justice), pursuant to notice, presented a Bill for an Act relating to small claims and a Bill for an Act to amend legislation administered by the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice.
