The Assembly met at 2pm. The Speaker, the Honourable Kezia Purick took the Chair.

          I, JOHN HARDY OAM, the Administrator of the Northern Territory of Australia, advise the Legislative Assembly of, pursuant to section 7 of the Northern Territory (Self-Government Act) 1978 of the Commonwealth, the assent to the following proposed laws:

          The Speaker made a statement regarding the national 'Go Red for Women' Month awareness campaign.

          Mr Tollner (Treasurer) moved – That the Committee Stage now be taken.

          Question – put and passed.

          The Assembly resolved itself into Committee of the Whole for consideration of the Bill in detail.

          The Assembly resumed; the Speaker took the Chair; Mr Conlan reported that the Committee had agreed to the Bill.

          The Speaker put the question - That the Report be adopted.

          4. Remuneration Tribunal Determination, Travel Report, Member for Wanguri, Ms Nicole Manison travel to Alice Springs to attend meeting with Australian Education Union, and visit local schools from 21 - 22 April 2015, pursuant to clause 4.12, dated 5 May 2015 (Paper 1368).

          5. Remuneration Tribunal Determination, Travel Report, Member for Namatjira, Ms Alison Anderson travel to Darwin to attend briefing at Northern Land Council Offices, from 26 - 27 April 2015, pursuant to clause 4.12, dated 5 May 2015 (Paper 1369).

          6. Remuneration Tribunal Determination, Travel Report, Member for Namatjira, Ms Alison Anderson to attend meeting with Chairman of Finke River Mission, and Public Forum at Hawke Centre University of South Australian from 6 - 8 May 2015, pursuant to clause 4.12, dated 14 May 2015 (Paper 1370).

          7. Remuneration Tribunal Determination, Travel Report, Member for Namatjira, Ms Alison Anderson to attend funeral of Mr Randall at the Mutitjulu Community from 21 – 22 May 2015, pursuant to clause 4.12, dated 27 May 2015 (Paper 1371).

          8. Remuneration Tribunal Determination, Travel Report, Member for Arnhem, Ms Larisa Lee to attend the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2015 between 6 - 9 March 2015, pursuant to clause 4.12, not dated (Paper 1372).

          9. Remuneration Tribunal Determination, Travel Report, Member for Arnhem, Ms Larisa Lee to attend the NTFL Grand Final between 13 – 15 March 2015, pursuant to clause 4.12, not dated (Paper 1373).

          Mr Giles (Chief Minister) made a statement and laid on the Table - OmbudsmanNT Investigation Report, Matters arising from allegations of inappropriate conduct by a former Commissioner of Police and another police officer, May 2015 (Paper 1378).
