1. Review the future development of the One Mile Dam, Knuckey Lagoon, 15-Mile and Aboriginal communities within the Darwin region.
2. That the review includes:
(1) Any future development plans;

(4) Governance including local government; and
3. That the review should include views of residents, Aboriginal Development Foundation, relevant agencies and non-government organisations.

1. The unique environmental and heritage values of Darwin’s harbour;
2. That the special places like East Point help define Darwin as an extraordinary city to live in and make our place a pleasure for people to visit;
3. Parliament must:
- (1) Protect the natural beauty and heritage values of East Point;
(2) Preserve the environmental values of Ludmilla Creek;
(3) Safeguard the ecologically important mangrove areas of Coconut Grove; and
4. These special places are at risk under the CLP’s new Planning Commission

- Resumption of debate on the question - That the Assembly condemns the Government for breaking the promises they made to Territorians at the last election, driving up the cost of living and increasing public drunkenness and antisocial behaviour

3. Increasing costs for Tiwi Islanders and threatening business opportunities; and
4. Putting jobs for Tiwi Islanders and all Territorians at risk.
