The Assembly met at 10am. The Speaker, the Honourable Kezia Purick, took the Chair.

Suspension of Member: The Member for Karama (Ms Lawrie) having previously been warned by the Speaker about her frivolous and unruly interjections and then having continued to loudly interject -
The Speaker (Ms Purick) thereupon ordered the Member for Karama (Ms Lawrie) to withdraw from the Chamber for a period of one hour, pursuant to Standing Order 240A, effective from 10.54am.
Accordingly the Member for Karama (Ms Lawrie) withdrew from the Chamber.
