8. ADVANCE PERSONAL PLANNING BILL 2013 (SERIAL 41)
- Mr Elferink (Attorney-General), pursuant to notice, presented a Bill for an Act to enable people to make plans about how decisions are to be made for them if they lose decision-making capacity, and for related purposes.

11. MINISTERIAL STATEMENT – THE PATIENT ASSISTANCE TRAVEL SCHEME - MOTION TO NOTE
- Mrs Lambley (Minister for Health) made a statement relating to changes to the Patient Assistance Travel Scheme.

- Mr Wood (Member for Nelson) to move on the next General Business Day – That the NT government consider changes to the NT Planning Act or NT Planning Scheme to require that, where residential land including rural residential land that is affected by seepage, flooding or tidal surge, a line - even if approximate - should be shown on the registered title map for that land.
