1. MEETING:
The Assembly met at 10.00 a.m., pursuant to adjournment. The Speaker, the Honourable N.M. Dondas, took the Chair.

4. REVIEW, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES - MINISTERIAL STATEMENT - MOTION TO NOTE REPORT AND STATEMENT:
The Minister for Health and Community Services (Mr Manzie) made a statement relating to the Cresap Management Consultant's Report on the review of
the Department of Health and Community Services.
Paper tabled: Mr Manzie laid on the Table the following Paper -
. Final Report, Review, Health and Community Services, Northern Territory by Cresap dated 20 September 1991.
Mr Manzie moved - That the Assembly take note of the Report and the Statement.
Debate ensued.
