- NT WorkSafe: The Minister for Employment, Education and Training (Mr Stirling) reported on the creation of a new safety watchdog for the Territory called NT WorkSafe.
Mr Mills responded thereto.
Mr Stirling responded accordingly.
Crime Prevention Councils Conference, Darwin: The Minister for Justice and Attorney-General (Dr Toyne) reported on the first Conference of Crime Prevention Councils in Darwin.
Dr Toyne, by leave, incorporated a list of attendees at the Conference.
Mr Maley responded thereto.
Dr Toyne responded accordingly.
Blatherskite Park: The Minister for Local Government (Mr Ah Kit) reported on the increased funding to improve facilities at Blatherskite Park Alice Springs.
Dr Lim responded thereto.
Mr Ah Kit responded accordingly.
Australian Tourism Exchange: The Minister for Tourism (Dr Burns) reported on his attendance at the Australian Tourism Exchange meeting in Melbourne last week.
Ms Carney responded thereto.

32. Reports of Corporation
- (1) For each financial year, the Corporation must prepare reports on the administration of this Act and the operations of the Corporation as follows:
- (a) a mid-year report for the first 6 months of the financial year;
(b) an end of year report for the whole of the financial year.
- (a) a copy of any directions and reasons for directions given to the Corporation, and any objections to the directions made by the Corporation, under section 8;
(b) full details of all real property acquired or disposed of by the Corporation including the type of transaction and financial details involved in the acquisition or disposal.
- (a) for a mid-year report – 31 March in the financial year; or
(b) for an end of year report – 30 September following the end of the financial year.
