3. RIGHTS OF TERRITORIANS – MOTION AGREED TO:
- The Chief Minister (Mr Henderson), pursuant to notice, moved - That the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly congratulate both houses of the Federal Parliament in Canberra for the successful passage of legislation which increases the rights of Territorians.
Debate ensued.
Gag: The Member for Greatorex (Mr Conlan) moved – That the Member for Wanguri (Mr Henderson) be no longer heard.

9. GEARING UP FOR MAJOR PROJECTS – MINISTERIAL STATEMENT – MOTION TO NOTE STATEMENT:
- The Chief Minister (Mr Henderson) made a statement relating to the work the government is doing to expand the evolve of the Territory to meet demands of coming Major Projects.
Mr Henderson moved – That the Assembly take note of the Statement.
