202. Building law and justice plans in remote communities, funding

QUESTION

I would be grateful if you would provide the answers to the following questions in relation to the Justice Department's Budget for 2004-05. In order to assist you, please note that this question relates to output group: 4.0 Community Services (4.6: Office of Crime Prevention).

1. In the press release issued jointly with the Police Minister on 18th May, an amount of $2.52m was highlighted as funding to the OCP which sum included “$150,000 to continue the process of building law and justice plans in remote communities” -

Which communities are expected to be in receipt of those funds and when will monies become available.
