ANSWER

The matters referred to in the question do not fall within the portfolio responsibilities of the Minister for Public Employment. As you would be aware, Ministerial Advisers are employed under the Contracts Act with the contract of employment between the Department of the Chief Minister and the employee.

However, to assist you, on behalf of the Chief Minister I can advise the following:

(a) As of 28 February 2011;

(i) 33

(ii) 30

(iii) 3

(b) Nov 2010 – 3 (Vocational Employment);

      Dec 2010 – 2 (Vocational Employment);
      Jan 2011 - 3 (1 X Vocational Employment); and
      Feb 2011 - 2.
