QUESTION
With reference to my letter to you dated 17 December 2007 seeking detailed information about the Alcohol Courts, and to which you have failed to respond:
1. What are the details requested regarding the number of:
- (a) People who have appeared in the Courts since they were created;
(b) Infringement notices issued;
(c) Prohibition orders that have been made, and;
(d) Offenders who have been ordered to attend treatment programs.
2. Will you provide the above information and other information about the much-lauded Alcohol Courts initiatives your Government has introduced.
