QUESTION
    In relation to the dwelling at 5/8 Erumba Street Braitling:


    1. What is the history of tenancy at this property including –
        (a) is the property currently tenanted;
        (b) if yes, when did the existing tenancy start; and
        (c) if not, when did the last tenancy end.
    2. How long has the property been part of the public housing stock.

    3. How many tenants, and what was the period of tenancy for each of those tenants from 1 January 2006 to 16 April 2010.
      4. When did the fire occur in the unit.

      5. What has been done to make safe, repair and maintain this asset since it was left empty and burnt.

      6. Will the dwelling be repaired and tenanted.

      7. What is the estimated date for which it will be available again for tenancy.

      ANSWER

      1. (a). The dwelling is currently not tenanted.
          (b). refer (a)
          (c). The last tenancy ended on 11 August 2008
      2. The dwelling has been public housing stock since 11 April 1985.
        3. There has been one tenancy since October 2005 to 11 August
            2008.
        4. The fire occurred on 11 August 2008.
          5. Pending maintenance work to repair the dwelling it was boarded and locked up to secure.

          6. The dwelling will be re-tenanted once the programmed repairs are complete.

          7. The contract to undertake repairs to this dwelling will commence on 25 June 2010.
