      With regard to the Don Dale Juvenile Facility in Berrimah:
        1. How many complaints have ever been lodged by Don Dale inmates and former inmates?
          2. How many of these complaints were related to alleged sexual and or physical abuse? Please provide a breakdown of these according to the status of the alleged perpetrator, whether they were a prison officer, fellow inmate or other and the year in which the alleged incident occurred.
            3. What actions have been taken in response to these complaints and allegations and what were the outcomes of these actions.
              4. What measures have been put into place to ensure that these types of incidents do not occur into the future?
