1. Was any Government property lost or stolen from your department in 2004/2005. If so please detail items and their value.
2. Was any Government property lost or stolen from your Ministerial office in 2004/2005. If so please detail items and their value.
ANSWER

1. A Canon power shot A75 digital camera, with an estimated value of $450 was stolen. Four mobile phones with a total estimated value of $600 were lost or stolen.
2. No Government property was lost or stolen from the Minister for Health’s Office in 2004/05.

1. A Canon power shot A75 digital camera, with an estimated value of $450 was stolen. Four mobile phones with a total estimated value of $600 were lost or stolen.
- DHCS has a significant number of assets with an acquisition value of $5,000 or greater recorded on its Asset Register. The Department’s Asset Register and Register of Losses is maintained by DCIS as a whole of Government service. No assets on this Register were recorded as lost or stolen in 2004/05.
2. No Government property was lost or stolen from the Minister for Health’s Office in 2004/05.
