QUESTION
1. As of August 31, how many people have appeared before the Alcohol and Other Drugs Tribunal?
b) An authorised health practitioner
c) A person authorised by the Minister administering Part 2.1 of the Care and Protection of Children Act to make the application
d) An adult member of the family of the person to whom the application relates
e) A responsible adult for the child of the relevant person if it appears to the responsible adult that the child is adversely affected by the behavior of the relevant person because of the relevant person’s misuse of a substance
f) Another person prescribed by regulation
7. How many have required that the person who is the subject of the Order must undergo treatment? Please provide a breakdown of the type of treatment that has been required.
